摘要
目的测定十味扶正颗粒中汞的含量。方法采用湿法消化,用双硫腙分光光度法测定。结果测得的汞含量为0.2m g/kg,平均回收率为98.58%,RSD=0.40%。结论双硫腙分光光度法反应灵敏,准确可靠,适用于微量汞的测定。
Objective To establish the effective analytic method for measurement of mercury in Shiweifuzheng Granules. Methods The dithizone spectrotometric was used. Results The content of mercury was 0.2 mg/kg. The average recovery rate was 98.58%, RSD = 0. 40%. Conclusion The method is sensible, accurate and reproducible. It can be applied for the determination of mercury in Shiweifuzheng Granules.
