摘要 研究了由米曲霉生物转化生成а-熊果苷的吸附特性及其分离纯化。从所用的几种大孔树脂中筛选出了一种分离效果较好的树脂S-8,并对S-8分离方法进行了优化。结果表明:S-8分离а-熊果苷的优化条件为样品pH=1,吸附1 h,上样量0.2mg/g树脂,以蒸馏水洗脱,流速3 BV/h。在此条件下,可得到纯度为99%的熊果苷。 The absorption characteristic of α-arbutin produce)l by Aspergillus oryzae and its separation and purification were studied. Among the examined absorbent resins, the S-8 resin was found to be the best one. The conditions of separation and purification of α-arbutin using S-8 resin were optimized and the best pH value of samples, absorption time, loading amount of the samples and the flow rate of water eluent were 1, 1 h, 0.2 mg/g Resin, and 3 BV/h, respectively, under which the purity of α-arbutin reached 99 %,
