国有林场股份合作造林的实证研究——以黑龙江省朱家林场为例

An Empirical Study on Joint-stock Forestation in the State-owned Forest Mill

以黑龙江省朱家林场从2000年开展的股份合作造林为例,通过对其在近几年实践中取得的成效和目前存在问题的研究,对目前开展的股份合作造林这种改革实践在解决国有林区改革与发展方面所起到的作用做出判定,即股份合作造林是一种很好的国有林场改革形式。同时,根据股份合作造林目前存在的问题提出了一些有针对性的政策建议,为国有林场改革提供参考。

Since 2000, Zhujia state - owned forest mill in Heilongjiang Province has carried out joint - stock forestation. This paper, through this example, summarizes the achievements and the problems of joint - stock forestation in the state - owned forest mills, and draws the conclusion that joint - stock forestation in the state- owned forest mills is a good trial reform. In addition, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of state - owned mills that is going to be carried out largely all over the nation.
