心肌炎时血浆内皮素变化及其临床意义

Changes of Plasma Endothelin Level in Myocarditis Patients and Their Clinical Significance

用放射免疫测定法检测320例心肌炎患儿及30例正常儿童末梢静脉血内皮素含量。结果显示:心肌炎患儿血浆内皮素含量明显高于正常对照组,分别为(82.18±19.75)ng/L与(13.06±3.54)ng/L(P<O.01)。而且,心肌炎患儿血浆内皮素浓度与心肌酶测值呈明显正相关。研究结果提示,内皮素可作为心肌炎诊断的一个检测指标,具有重要临床意义。

Endothelin(ET) the most potent vasoconstrictor found to date,is a peptidergic hormone produced by the endothelium cells. ET might play roles in the pathogenesis in myocarditis. Thirty myocarditis pa- tients and 30 normol healthy children were included in this study. The peripheral venous plasma ET concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay. The myocarditis patients had elevated peripheral venous ET concentrations in contrast with the normal subjects (82. 18 ± 19. 75ng/L vs 13.06 ± 3. 54ng/L,P<0. 01). There was a significant correlation between plasma ET concentration and cardiac enzyme. ET can act as one of the indicators in diagnosing myocarditis.
