摘要
参照国际材料试验协会推荐的CDF法,试验研究了水灰比及矿物掺合料对道路混凝土受冻前盐溶液预饱和程度的影响。结果表明:(1)水灰比越大,除冰盐溶液的渗透量和氯离子的渗透深度越大,说明增大水灰比会增大混凝土受冻前的预饱和程度。(2)掺加粉煤灰、矿渣的高性能混凝土除冰盐的渗透量和氯离子的渗透深度明显小于基准混凝土,因此可以通过掺加矿物掺合料的方法来降低混凝土预饱和程度。
The influence of water cement ratio and mineral admixtures on pre-saturation of the pavement concrete was studied according to the CDF method recommended by RILEM. The results show that the penetrating contents of deicing salt and the depth of chloride ion were increased with the increase of the water cement ratio, So the pre-saturation before freeze-thaw cycling was increased by increasing the water cement ratio. Besides, The penetrating contents of deicing salt and the depth of chloride ion of the concrete were remarkablly reduced with the fly ash and slag added contents compared with the reference concrete, So the pre-saturation of concrete can be reduced by the mixing of mineral admixture effectively.
