摘要 以胜利油田孤岛采油厂稠油为研究对象。将已知HLB值的表面活性剂Span 60与Tween 60复配成溶液,将溶液加入稠油中,形成乳状液后,测定其黏度η,作η与复配表面活性剂体系的HLB值的标准曲线。根据该曲线,可得到稠油最佳降黏效果时的HLB值为8.50,并能确定研制开发的天然混合羧酸盐(SDC)、十二烷基羟丙基磺基甜菜碱(DSB)、改性混合羧酸盐(FBB)以及市售的环烷酸的HLB值。对于孤岛采油厂稠油,根据其乳状液的HLB值及降黏后的黏度η数值,筛选得到廉价的稠油降黏体系配方为:w(SDC)0.45%+w(环烷酸)0.55%。 Surfactants Span 60 and Tween 60 with known HLB value were blended and a solution was formed. The solution was formulated into the viscous crude oil produced from Shengli Oil Field to form an emulsion. The viscosity of the emulsion (η) was measured. A standard curve of the HLB value of the blended surfactant vs the η was plotted. Based upon the standard curve, the HLB value of the blended surfactant that resulted - in the optimum viscosity reduction effect was found as 8.50. Further, the HLB value of four kinds of surfactant, namely natural mixed carboxylate (SDC), dodecyl hydroxyl - propyl sulfobetain (DSB), modified mixed earboxylate (FBB) and naphthenic acid as well as the η values of the corresponding crude oil emulsions were measured. After a series of screening tests, a cost effective formulation of the surfactants is recommended as SDC 0.45 % ( w ) + naphthenic acid 0.55 % ( w ).
