复配表面活性剂对复合驱油体系性能影响研究 被引量:16

摘要 通过对α-烯烃磺酸盐、重烷基苯磺酸盐、石油磺酸盐和复配型等4种表面活性剂配制复合驱油体系的界面张力和黏度性质进行评价,重点对复配型表面活性剂配制复合驱油体系的界面张力和驱油效果进行了系统评价。结果表明,当碱的质量分数为0.3%~0.9%、表面活性剂的质量分数为0.1%~0.3%时,复配型表面活性剂配制复合驱油体系的界面张力可以达到1013mN/m数量级,且具有达到超低界面张力所需质量分数低和范围宽等特点。物理模拟实验表明,复配型表面活性剂配制三元复合体系的增油效果较单一类型表面活性剂配制三元复合体系的好,采收率增加1.46%(体积分数)。在此基础上,对复配表面活性剂超低界面张力的作用机理进行了理论分析。 Through the measurement and comparison of interfacial tension and viscosity data of complex oil displacing agent system (alkali/surfactant/polymer) formulated with four kinds of surfactant, including alpha olefin sulfonate, heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate, petroleum sulfonate (ORS- 41, SCI product) and blend surfactant (Beijing Petroleum Institute product), the interfacial tension and oil displacing effect of complex oil displacing agent formulated by blend surfactant were systematically evaluated. Results showed that as the content of alkali concentration is in the range of 0.3% -0.9% (mass) and the content of surfactant is in the range of 0.1% - 0.3% (mass), the interfacial tension of the complex oil displacing agent system formulated by blend surfactant can achieve order of magnitude of 10^-3 mN/m. Further, the blend surfactant has the feature of achieving ultra low interfacial tension at a low and broad range concentration. Physical simulation experimental results indicated that the complex oil displacing agent system formulated by blend surfactant is more effective than that formu- lated by any single component surfactant, and the recovery could increase 1.46%. Theoretical explanation on the mechanism for the action of the blend surfactant that causing ultra low interfacial tension was provided.
