长江流域基础地理信息平台构想

Idea on fundamental geological information platform of the Yangtze river basin

长江流域基础地理信息平台是位于长江流域底层空间信息数据库和长江水利委员会各部门(企业)上层应用信息系统之间的一种中间件(Middleware),它一方面通过空间数据引擎(SDE)对城市基础地理信息数据进行统一采集、建库和维护更新,以便为所有部门提供统一标准、统一内容的地理信息参考框架;另一方面又为长江水利委员会各部门和企业的上层应用系统提供统一的运行和开发环境,包括统一的访问平台基础地理信息数据的接口。简述长江流域基础地理信息平台的概念及其提出的背景,提出当前建设长江流域基础地理信息平台的主要关键技术、主要作用,结合目前的实际情况,提出合理化的构想。

The fundamental geographical information platform of the Yangtze river basin is a middleware between bottom spatial information database of the Yangtze river basin and upper application information system of various departments under Changjiang Water Resources Commission.One hand,the platform conducts integrated data collecting,database set up,maintenance and renewal by spatial digital engine to supply geological information reference frame with unified standard and content for all units,on the other,supplies operation and development environment of upper application system for various departments and enterprises under Changjiang Water Resources Commission,including unified digital links accessing the fundamental geological information platform.This paper briefly presents the concept of fundamental geological information platform of the Yangtze river basin and suggestion background,put forwards the key technologies,main role of fundamental geological information platform of the Yangtze river basin,and in the combination of practical condition,put forwards reasonable propositions.
