摘要
某150t冶金起重机,投产运行10多年时间后,主小车架马鞍形端梁局部产生可见裂纹。为了消除事故隐患,对小车架进行了动态应力测试及分析,对其小车架整体受力状况进行了有限元计算,并结合上述研究结果为该小车架设计了加固修复方案。
Some seeable cracks have been produced on the saddle - shaped end beams of trolley frame for 150 t metallurgy crane after more than 10- year service. The paper expounds how to do the dynamic stress test and stress analysis to remove the potential troubles by finite element method.
