摘要
对某化工厂因生产负荷增加而造成的螺旋输送机主轴断裂事故进行了分析,并对其做了适当改造,利用ANSYS有限元软件对改造后的主轴进行应力分析,并对其制造和检验提出要求。
The paper analyzes the causes of main shaft crack of screw conveyor due to increased production burden and main shaft＇s stress by ANSYS. According to the analysis result, the shaft is improved and the requirements of manufacture and quality＇ s check are put forward.
