摘要
采用工业氧化铝、锆英石和氧化铈合成锆刚玉莫来石,着重讨论了两种铝矾土部分取代工业氧化铝对锆刚玉莫来石材料性能的影响。通过灰色关联分析,得到结论为:铝矾土中的熔剂数量是影响材料抗折强度的主要因素,当铝矾土中杂质少SiO2含量较高时,试样的吸水率与铝矾土的加入量关联性最大。
It hay obtain the zirconia-alumina-muUite by using γ-alumina, zirconite and ceria. Mostly discuss the influence to the property of zirconia-alumina-muUite by two species bauxite partly instead of γ -alumina. By the grey relation analysis, the result have been gained that the quantities of flux in bauxite is the most factor to influence the bend strength of materials.when the bauxite contains less impurity but more SiO2, the absorption ratio of samples relates to the adding quantities of bauxite.
