摘要
对变频控制技术、多级控制技术和数码涡旋技术的工作原理、容量输出与温度控制、能效比、除湿性能、可靠性等进行了分析,指出了各种调节控制技术的优缺点。通过比较发现,使用数码涡旋压缩机的系统运行性能稳定,容量控制灵活,系统能效比和可靠性高。在变容量系统中数码涡旋压缩机的使用具有良好的市场适应力和广阔的发展潜力。
Analysed the volume output,the temperature control,the energy efficiency ration,dehumidifying capacity and the reliability of the transducer control technique, the multi-degree control technique and the digitalscroll technique ,in order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different technique. It is found that using the digital-scroll compressor, the system operates stably, the volume control is flexible, the energy efficiency ration and reliability are higher than usual. So there will be good marketing adaptability and the great developing potentiality for the using of the digital-scroll compressor in the variable volume system.
