摘要
简要介绍了冰蓄冷系统的发展过程,讲述了外融冰系统是区域供冷与低温送风系统对冷源的必然要求;介绍了外融冰盘管的优化设计思路;测试了经优化设计的外融冰盘管的结冰性能和融冰性能,测试结果表明经优化设计的外融冰盘管结冰性能与内融冰盘管基本一致,融冰能提供稳定的低于0.5℃的出水温度,非常适合于区域供冷与低温送风系统。
Briefly introduced the history of ice thermal storage and that extra-melt ice thermal storage is necessary to district cooling system (DCS)and cold air distribution system;Expatiated the design idea of extra-melt ice-on-pipe apparatus;Tested the ice building and ice melting performance of the apparatus designed;The result shows that the extra-melt ice thermal storage has similar ice building performance as its intra-melt counterpart, and it can provide stable 0.5℃ outlet temperature, so it is fit for DCS and cold air distribution system very much.
