摘要
在研究数据挖掘实现技术的基础上,将此技术运用到防止电信行业的客户流失中.以无线市话(PHS)的历史数据为对象,建立客户流失预测模型.通过对预测模型的评估,得到了预测效果较好的模型.
Base on the studies of the data mining technology, this technology was applied it to avoid customer churning in telecommunication. The PHS's history data were used to establish some customer churning models. After evaluating these customer churning models, the best one was determined.
