Synthesis of 2-(Substituted aminothiocarbonyl)-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidines

以N,N'-二取代二硫代草酰胺与1,3-丙二胺在DMSO中进行缩合反应,合成了一系列2-取代氨基硫代甲酰基-3,4,5,6-四氢嘧啶,反应在2h内完成,产率56%～76%.产物结构经元素分析,IR,1HNMR及MS确证.

A series of 2-substituted aminothiocarbonyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine compounds were synthesized by the condensation reaction of N,N′-disubstituted dithiooxamide with 1,3-propylenediamine in DMSO. The reactions were completed in 2 h with the yields of 56%-76%. The structures of the products were established by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and MS spectra.
