官僚制下三农政策执行探析

An Exploration into the Implementation of the Three Rural Issues Under a Bureaucratic System

三农问题是构建和谐社会的关键问题,我国政府先后出台了一系列三农政策以促进农村和农业的发展。本文着重分析了政府组织官僚架构下的三农政策执行偏差,构建了解决三农政策执行异化的有效措施。

The Three Rural Issues are the key in constructing the harmonious society. The Chinese government has established a numberof policies to promote the development of the countrysides and agriculture successively. The article analyzes the executive deviation of polices concerning the Three Rural Issues under the bureaucractic system and constructs effective ways to solve the disassimilation of the implement of these policies.
