摘要
我国中小学教师的职前教育在课程理念、课程设置、课程结构等方面存在着与教师职业专业化要求不相适应的状况,因此,要培养适应基础教育课程改革需要的专业化的教师,教师职前教育需要从以下几个方面进行改革:以教师专业化为导向,转变课程理念;以教师能力提高为宗旨,改革课程内容;以教师综合素质提高为目的完善课程结构。
This article analyzes the unfitted situations which conflict with the demand of specialized teachers in terms of curriculum conception and structure. Therefore, for the training of specialized teachers of primary education, innovations in the pre - service education need to be conducted in the following aspects: firstly the shift of conception based on the orientation of specialized teaching staff, secondly lay stresses on improving the professional competence of teachers and make innovations in the circulum. Therefore improving the curiculum structure by improving the overall abilities of teachers.
