近年来关于当代中国律师的政治参与问题研究综述

On the research summary of modern Chinese lawyer’s political participation in recent years

理论界关于当代中国律师政治参与的必要性、可能性、作用、意识、途径、制约因素等方面的研究成果较多;但当前研究存在的问题主要在于基础理论研究滞后,缺乏系统性、前瞻性、可操作性,交叉研究匮乏,缺乏研究的广度和深度,中外律师政治参与的比较研究缺乏力度。今后应加强基础理论研究、交叉研究和比较研究。

There are many research results in the theory circle on the necessity, possibility, function, consciousness, channel and restrictive factor of modern Chinese lawyer＇s political participation. Pointing out the problems where lie in the backward in the basic theoretical research, being short of systematieness, prospeetivity, operatability, cross research, the extent and depth of research, intensity of comparative research between Chinese and foreign lawyer＇s political participation. And pointing out that basic theoretical research, cross research and comparative research must be strengthen.
