热喷涂技术是表面工程学的重要组成部分,它是一种材料表面强化和表面改性的新技术。它的喷涂材料丰富,能赋予工件表面以耐磨、耐蚀、抗高温等多种功能,并且工艺及操作简便。为此,详细介绍了热喷涂技术在电力行业中的风机、汽缸平面、水轮机叶片等设备修复中的具体应用,指出热喷涂技术在电力行业中具有重要意义和广阔的发展前景。
Thermal spraying technology is an important part of surface engineering science. It is a new technology of material aggrandizement and surface character changing. The spraying material is abundant and it endows workpieces with wear-resisting, anticorrosive, temperature-resisting capabilities and so on. Moreover, it is simple in technological operation. The paper introduces in detail the application of thermal spraying to equipment renovation in electric power industry, for example, fan blade, cylinder plane, water turbine blade and so on. It is indicated that thermal spraying is important and promising in the electric power industry.
