局部血含量和血氧含量的检测在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究乳腺疾病中局部血含量和血氧含量的变化,探讨其在诊断中的应用价值。方法选取55例病例为研究对象,术前检测乳腺疾病可疑区域局部血含量和血氧含量,得出评价,并与术后的病理结果做对照。结果55例病例术前36例报告为高血低氧,19例报告为低血高氧,术后病理结果为乳腺癌34例,乳腺交界性分叶状肿瘤1例,乳腺良性疾病20例。诊断符合率为90.9%。结论不同性质的乳腺疾病中,其局部血含量和血氧含量不同,对它们的检测是乳腺疾病功能学无创诊断的新途径。 [ Objective ] To explore the change of local hemoglobin concentration and oxygen saturation in breast disease, so as to approach its applied value in diagnosis. [ Methods ] 55 cases were chosen to be studied. The hemoglobin concentration and oxygen saturation of the suspected region of breast disease were detected and evaluated before operation, and compared to the postoperative pathological diagnosis. [ Results] In the 55-cases, 36 cases were reported higher hemoglobin concentration and lower oxygen saturation, while 19 cases were reported lower hemoglobin concentration and higher oxygen saturation before operation. While, the postoperative pathological diagnoses were 34 breast carcinoma, 1 relay phyl- lode tumor of the breast, and 20 benign diseases. Diagnosis consistent rate was 90.9%. [ Conclusion] There are differences in hemoglobin concentration and oxygen saturation between incongeneric breast diseases. To detect them will be a new method in no-wound diagnosis with functional imaging of breast tissue.
