腔隙性脑梗死患者年龄、脑萎缩、认知障碍间的相关性

Relationship between age,cerebral atrophy and cognitive impairment in patients with lacunar infarct

目的探讨腔隙性脑梗死患者年龄、脑萎缩、认知障碍三者间的相关性。方法选取50岁以上腔隙性脑梗死者61例,均行脑萎缩相关指标测量,进行临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)评分,依据测定结果评定相关性。结果≥50岁患者年龄与三脑室宽度(TVW)及皮层脑沟宽度(CSW)正相关;≥60岁患者年龄与哈氏值(HI)、TVW、CSW正相关,而与脑室指数(VI)、前角指数(FHI)间负相关;TVW、CSW与CDR评分间正相关,而FHI与CDR评分间负相关。结论TVW和CSW可以作为脑萎缩和认知障碍的共同判断指标,及时、定期监测该指标对于防止疾病进行性发展有重要意义。

[ Objective] To study the interfix of lacuna-patients＇ age with ventricle index, the interfix of age and cognitive impairment, the interfix of cerebral atrophy and cognitive impairment. [ Methods] 61 cases with lacunar infarct were selected, the age of them was over 50-year-old. Cerebral atrophy correlated index was measured and then CDR was graded. [ Results] There was positive interfix between age and tertill venticli width, cerebral cortex sulcus width among all the 61 cases. Among the over-60-year-old cases, there was positive interfix between age and tertio venticli width, cerebral cortex sulcus width while there was negative interfix between age and venticli index, cornu frontale index. There was positive interfix between CDR and tertio venticli width, cerebral cortex sulcus width, while there was negative interfix between CDR and cornu frontale index. [ Conclusion] Tertio venticli width and cerebral cortex sulcus width can be the diagnostic index of cerebral atrophy and cognitive impairment. It is very important for preventing the progressive development of disease to supervise tertio venticli width and cerebral cortex sulcus width.
