摘要
目的探讨CXCR4在复发性膀胱癌中的表达及临床意义。方法通过免疫组化方法检测16例1 a内复发的膀胱癌及24例1 a内未复发的膀胱癌中CXCR4的表达,并比较1 a内复发的快慢与CXCR4的表达的关系。结果与1 a内未复发的膀胱癌相比,1 a内复发的膀胱癌表达较高水平的CXCR4,但CXCR4的高表达与1 a内复发的快慢无关。结论CXCR4在易复发的膀胱癌中有较高表达,但与复发的快慢不呈现线性相关。
[ Objective ] To investigate the expression and significance of CXCR4 in palindromic bladder cancer. [ Methods] Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of CXCR4 on 16 bladder cancer specimens recurring in 1 year and 24 specimens nulli-palindromia in l year. [ Result] Specimens recurring in l year showed higher positive staining of CXCR4 protein than those cases nulli-palindromia in 1 year. CXCR4 express/on was independent of early palindromic bladder cancer within 1 year. [ Conclusion] Up-regulated expression of CXCR4 was detected in palindromic bladder cancer but it has non-colinearity with early palindromic bladder cancer .
