摘要
介绍了棒材在开发40、50圆等大规格圆钢生产中增加咬钢提速程序的改造方案和实践经验。增加咬钢提速程序，部分解决了大规格生产中暴露出的头部轧制问题，减少了进钢过程中的跑钢，提高了大规格圆钢的头部质量。
The paper introduces revamping scheme and some practical experience of improving bite steel speed program in large-size round steel 40 and 50. Improving bite steel speed program can not only solve head ends rolling problems in production but also reduce bleed-out in the course of steel entry, which has improved the head ends quality,
