2500m^3高炉强化操作实践

摘要 2500m^3高炉采用了当今国内一系列先进的新技术、新工艺、新设备,经过开炉前的精心准备,科学实施开炉方案,高炉顺利投产并快速达产。其后,很快进入强化冶炼阶段,通过创新思维,加强管理,摸索出了一套适宜铜冷却壁薄炉衬高炉的上、下部操作制度,高炉生产水平迅速上升,开炉仅半年,各项指标均创历史记录,达到国内一流水平,实现高产、稳产。 A series of advanced technique and equipment in the world were adopted in BF 2500m^3. With meticulous preparation before blowing in, blast furnace has been operating smoothly and has reached high productivity quickly, then, BF has entered into the stage of intensified smelting. Operation system of upper to lower parts in BF is suitable for copper cooling stave and thin liner by innovation and management upgrading. Production level of BF increased rapidly. Only blowing on for 6 months , indicators has made history record, which is the best both in abroad and home, realizing stable and high yield.
