摘要
介绍了目前常用的物理、化学、生物三类降解蔬菜农药残留的方法。其中,物理方法主要针对蔬菜表面的农药残留;化学方法对蔬菜内部农药残留有一定的降解作用,但二次产物的毒性需要进一步研究;生物方法目前主要用于田间作物和土壤,应用前景较好。这些不同的方法都有其局限性。
Three methods of degradation of pesticide residues were introduced in this article, which included physical, chemical and biological method. The physical method was mainly used to treat the pesticide residues on the surface of the vegetables. The chemical method could degrade the inside pesticide residues of the vegetables to some extent, but further study should be put on poison of the second products. The biological method was eurrendy used to remove the pesticide residues of the growing vegetables and those in the soil, and it had a better prospects in application. All these methods had limitations to some extent.
