摘要
针对炉渣中Al2O3,TiO2质量分数大幅升高给高炉冶炼带来极大困难的问题.对承钢高Al2O3钒钛炉渣进行了熔化性能的实验研究.结果表明:考虑承钢的实际情况,高炉的炉渣温度应高于1400℃;二元碱度控制在1.02左右,MgO质量分数控制在13.95%左右;Al2O3质量分数控制在12%~14%;TiO2的质量分数应控制在12.57%以下.
The high contents of Al2O3 and TiO2 in slag bring the BF melting process to facing lots of difficuhies. An experimental investigation was therefore performed on the melting properties of vanadium-titanium BF slag with high Al2O3 content in Chengsteel. The results show that the temperature of BF slag should be controlled above 1 400℃, in accordance to the actuality, with the binary basicity controlled about 1.02 and MgO content about 13.95%. The Al2O3 content should be controlled in the range of 12% ~ 14% with TiO2 content lower than 12.57%.
