减毒沙门菌靶向肿瘤基因治疗

摘要 保持一定侵袭力的减毒沙门菌为低致病性营养缺陷型兼性厌氧菌,能在肿瘤部位富集而靶向肿瘤组织,从而发挥肿瘤基因治疗载体菌作用或产生局部抗肿瘤效应。通过口服方式给予重组减毒沙门菌,将编码对肿瘤具有治疗作用蛋白的外源基因等有效递送至肿瘤组织,是一种较为安全的肿瘤基因治疗途径。 Attenuated salmonella, which haswith some invasiveness and low pathogenicity, is a group of facuhative anaerobe that can target tumors and, plays the role as antineoplastic gene therapy vector or has local anti-tumor effects. Oral delivery of attenuated salmonella strains capable of both alternative gene delivery and expression of effect genes encoding therapeutic proteins is one safe way in gene therapy of tumors.
