Research progress of SELDI- TOF- MS technology in gastric cancer proteomics

摘要 表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(SELDI-TOF-MS)已成为胃癌蛋白质组学研究中较理想的技术平台。该技术已运用于发现血清和组织新标记物,建立蛋白指纹图谱诊断模式,开展胃癌早期诊断及其机制研究。 The technique of surface enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight-mass spectrometry has emerged as a ideal platform for gastric cancer proteomic research. This technique has been used for the novel tumor markers discovery of serum and tissue, the building of protein fingerprint pattern diagnostic model, and the research on the early diagnosis of gastric cancer and its mechanism.
