Percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy for hepatoceilular carcinoma

经皮微波凝固（PMCT）治疗原发性肝癌不仅能用影像检查及病理活检等方法证实肿瘤凝固坏死情况，而且能使肿瘤周围免疫细胞明显增多、增大、功能增强，最终显著提高患者生存率，降低肝癌复发率。目前PMCT治疗肝癌临床应用尚存在一些问题，有待进一步研究解决。

Percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy （PMCT） for hepatocellular carcinoma can not only prove the putrescence coagulation area by ultrasonic, CT, MRI, pathology biopsy and so on, but also make immunity cells become more, larger and stronger. Then it improves patients survival rate significantly and decreases the recurrence rate of hepatocellular carcinoma. But at present there are still some problems on PMCT for us to further research and resolve.
