南水北调中线水源工程丹江口水力发电厂机电设备改造项目已进入实施阶段。对电厂机电设备改造的范围、内容、进度安排进行了介绍,对直接指定汉江集团作为安装单位的原因进行了阐述,对设备改造过程中存在的工作难点和技术难题进行了分析。

Transformation of electromechanical device of Danjiangkou Hydropower station has already been implemented. The paper introduces the scope, content, progress arrangement of the transformation works and elaborates the reason of directly assigning the transformation works to Hanjiang Hydropower （group） Co. Ltd, and analyzes the working difficulties and the technical difficult problem in the process of the transformation works.
