An investigative analysis on the idleness of large medical equipments

对３所医院医疗设备使用情况调查表明：引进先进的医疗设备已成为医院参与市场竞争的一个重要方面，大型医疗设备的闲置已成为医疗设备管理的重要内容。解决现状的对策：①购置医疗设备要反复论证，科学决策；②实行购买大型医疗设备集体研究、上级主管部门审批制度；③充分搞好医疗设备共享调配；④加快人才培养，适应先进医疗设备发展迅速的需要。

An investigation on the use of medical equipment in 3 hospitals indicates that the introduction of advanced medical equipments has become an important step for hospitals to take part in market competition. But their idleness has become a serious management problem whose solution lies in: ①the necessity of their purchase must be repeatedly proved beforehand and finally referred to the leading department for approval; ②the full use of the medical equipments are to be shared by the hospital community through a jointly made plan; and ③the training of the equipment crew should be expedited to meet the need of the ever renewing advanced medical eqipments.
