摘要
因为NAND Flash的容量很大,性价比高,NAND Flash在单片机系统中的应用已经很普遍。NAND Flash可以存储很多数据,为了方便数据的管理,可以采用FAT文件系统对数据进行管理。本文深入讨论了如何在NAND Flash中建立FAT文件系统。
NAND Flash is used widely in MCU system as large capacity, high ability but low cost. NAND Flash can save many data, FAT file system can be used to manage data, as it is easy to manage the data in NAND Flash. This paper discusses how to set up FAT file system in NAND Flash in detail.
