2007年7—8月国内安全事故统计分析

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to August in 2007

统计了2007年7—8月国内发生的各种安全事故496起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,其他事故最多,占39.31%,其次是交通事故(36.29%)、矿业事故(13.91%)、毒物泄露和中毒(5.04%)、爆炸事故(3.83%)、火灾(1.61%)。496起事故共死亡1518人,伤1143人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故47.04%、其他事故23.39%、矿业事故18.05%、爆炸事故5.60%、泄露中毒4.41%、火灾1.52%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故57.39%、其他事故17.94%、矿业事故9.71%、泄露中毒8.40%、爆炸事故5.51%、火灾1.05%。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to August in 2007. There are 496 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories ： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 496 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 13.91%, 36.29%, 3.83%, 5.04%, 1.61 % , and 39.31% respectively. The total casualty is 1 518 and the percentages for the six categories are 18.05%, 47.04%, 5.60%, 4.41%, 1.52%, and 23.39% respectively. The number of the wounded is 1 143 and the percentages for the six categories are 9.71%, 57.39%, 5.51%, 8.40%, 1.05%, and 17.94% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are ： Guangdong （39 accidents）, Guizhou（35）, Sichuan（35）, Anhui（32）, and Zhejiang（32）. The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are ： Guizhou （ 130 dead ）, Hunan （ 121 ）, Siehuan （ 120 ）, Guangdong（96）, and Anhui（84）. And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are： Liaoning（ 125 wounded） , Sichuan （ 104 ）, Yunnan （ 84 ）, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region（83 ）, and Chongqing（75）.
