趋化因子对氧化还原代谢的影响及在疾病中的作用

摘要 趋化因子是一类对细胞功能和疾病发生发展都有重要作用的细胞因子。近年来,有研究表明趋化因子影响细胞的氧化还原平衡,进而调节可作为信号分子的氧化还原代谢产物水平,激活其它细胞因子产生,对细胞功能进行调节,影响疾病发展过程。本文主要综述趋化因子对氧化还原代谢的影响及在相关疾病中的作用,并对这些疾病的临床治疗提供一些新思路。
