挖根齿形广泛应用于硬齿面齿轮,结合MAAG磨前滚刀刀具基准齿形,就留磨量、根切量和有效渐开线长度对磨前滚刀进行分析。
The undercut tooth profile is broadly applied to the hardened-surface gears. Based on the analysis of the basic rack profile of MAAG pre-grinding hob cutters, the paper analyzes the pre-grinding hob in view on the remainder of grinding, amount of undercut and effective length of involute.
