丝素蛋白/羟基磷灰石复合多孔材料的制备及其孔结构 被引量:2

摘要 用喷雾干燥法和冷冻干燥一球磨法,分别制得丝素蛋白(SF)粉末和羟基磷灰石(HA)粉末。经X-射线衍射、红外光谱测试,表明SF粉末以无定型结构为主,HA粉末的结晶度较低。用模压成型法,将SF、HA粉末复合,以NaCl为致孔剂,制成平均孔径为157-220μm的SF/HA复合多孔材料。测试和分析结果说明,随着制备时NaCl添加量的增大,所制得的多孔材料的孔隙率及孔密度增大;随着材料内SF含量的增大,多孔材料的孔隙率减小、孔密度增大。 The SF powder and HA powder were respectively obtained by spray drying method and treeze clrymgmilling method. It was verified that the crystal structure of SF powder was mainly amorphous and the crystallinity of HA powder was low using XRD and FT-IR. The SF/HA porous composites was prepared, using NaC1 as porogen, by mould pressing method, the average pore size of it was rang from 157 μm to 220 μm. It indicated that the porosity and density of the composites that as the content of SF the porosity of it was down, were increasing as the proportion of NaC1 increasing, and density was increasing.
