摘要 目的:建立以二阶导数光谱法测定尿液中左氧氟沙星浓度的方法。方法:利用左氧氟沙星在350~360nm间二阶导数的光谱峰谷振幅值(P),测定左氧氟沙星的尿药浓度。结果:左氧氟沙星检测浓度的线性范围为2~18μg·mL-^1(r=0.9996);平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=0.66%);日内、日间RSD分别为0.09%、1.82%。结论:本方法简便、稳定、精密度高、重现性好。不必留空白尿样,无需提取分离,适宜该尿药浓度监测。 OBJECTIVE :To determine the urine level of levofloxacin by second- order derivative spectrophotometry .METHODS: The concentration of levofloxacin in human urine was determined at a wavelength of 350~360nm using a secondorder derivative spectrum peak valley amplitude(P) .RESULTS: The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 2~18μg·mL-^1(r=0.9996) .The average recovery was 100.2% (RSD = 0.66% ) .The intra- day and inter- day RSD were 0.09% and 1.82%, respectively.CONCLUSION: The method is simple, stable, precise and reproducible, and in which blank urine sampling,the extraction and isolation were not needed, thus it can be used for the monitoring of urine drug level.
