摘要
目的:探讨硝普钠在临床应用中药学监护的重点。方法:以硝普钠的药物化学、药效学和药动学知识为基础,对临床典型病例进行分析。结果与结论:根据不同患者病情的客观表现和变化,科学地分析硝普钠在应用中出现的问题并合理地解决,可使患者在治疗中获得最大效益。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the key points of pharmaceutical care in the clinical use of Sodium Nitroprusside. METHODS： The pharmaceutical care for clinical typical cases in the use of Sodium Nitroprusside was analyzed based on pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacokinetics and pharmacokinetics of Sodium Nitroprusside. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： Scientific analysis of and reasonable solution to the problems occurred in the clinical use of Sodium Nitroprusside based on the manifestation and change of patients＇ condition can maximize patients＇ benefits gained in the treatment.
