摘要 试验和测试了00Cr21Mn5Ni1N双相不锈钢在900~1200℃固溶处理时的相组成、力学性能以及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,00Cr21Mn5Ni1N钢在较宽的温度区间内具有良好的相平衡及组织稳定性,其最佳热处理温度为1050℃。该双相不锈钢比00Cr19Ni9奥氏体不锈钢具有更好的强度及耐腐蚀性能,是一种结构用新型不锈钢材料。 The phase composition, mechanical properties and corrosion-resistant properties have been studied and measured at solution treatment temperature of 900~1200℃. The results showed that dual stainless steel 00Cr21Mn5Ni1N have excellent phase balance and microstructure stability in wide temperature zone, it's optimum solution treatment temperature is 1 050 ℃. This kind of steel which has higher strength and corrosion-resistance than 00Cr19 Ni9, is a new type of stainless steel for structure.
