摘要 幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)是人类最常见的致病菌之一,与胃炎、消化性溃疡和消化道肿瘤的发生密切相关。与黏膜上皮接触后,H.pylori通过一系列复杂的生物学过程导致黏膜损伤和溃疡形成。我国是H.pylori感染率较高的国家,针对H.pylori感染的黏膜损伤免疫机制,研制价廉、高效、兼具预防和治疗作用的免疫疫苗已成为现阶段的一项重要工作。本文就近年来H.pylori感染的黏膜损伤免疫机制和免疫治疗的研究进展作一概述。 Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria in human beings, playing important roles in the carcinogenesis of gastritis, peptic ulcer and digestive tract tumors. H. pylori located in gastrointestinal mucosa leads to genesis of damage and ulcer. As the infection rate of H. pylori is very high, the study on investigating a cheap, effective, preventive and therapeutic vaccine has become a hot field in China. This article introduces the mechanisms of H. pylori-induced mucosal damage and the development of immunotherapy.
