摘要
幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)是人类上消化道疾病的重要致病菌,为慢性胃炎、胃溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的主要病因。目前临床治疗尚存在诸多不足,研制疫苗对预防和控制H.pylori感染具有十分重要的意义。经过20余年的发展,H.pylori疫苗在动物模型建立、候选抗原的选择、佐剂和投递方式的优化等方面均已取得了较大突破。本文主要就全菌疫苗、亚单位疫苗(基因工程疫苗)、活载体疫苗和DNA疫苗四种类型的H.pylori疫苗的研究现状作一概述。
Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） has been firmly established to be responsible for chronic gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers. Currently, there are some obstacles in the clinical therapy of H. pylori. Vaccine plays an important role in preventing and controlling H. pylori infection. Some important advances have been made in animal model, candidate antigens, adjuvant and inoculation mode in the past 20 years. This article introduces current development of H. pylori vaccines, including whole-bacteria, subunit, alive vector and DNA vaccines.
