类风湿关节炎的相关遗传基因及研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种以对称性累及全身各关节，特别是小关节的慢性滑膜炎为特点的自身免疫性疾病。其病因非常复杂，除环境因素外，遗传因素也在RA的发生和发展中起着重要的作用。1976年Stastny^[1]首次报道了人类白细胞抗原（HLA）-DR4基因与RA发病的相关性。
