类风湿关节炎与促血管新生的细胞因子 被引量:6

摘要 血管新生在胚胎发生和创伤愈合是一个基本生理过程,但在肿瘤、糖尿病视网膜病变、银屑病和类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)等病理过程中也具有重要作用。RA血管增殖确保了滑膜血管翳的发生和发展,维持血管翳的侵袭性,促进软骨和骨破坏及关节重塑,最终造成关节畸形和强直,功能丧失。
