论家族企业的经营哲学

摘要 "富不过三代"对家族企业而言真的很可耻?难道家族企业非得要"富必过三代"?社会舆论有无必要为"富不过三代"的家族企业唏嘘嗟叹?什么样的家族企业才算得上是成功的?家族企业应当树立什么样的经营哲学?文章对这些问题进行了系统性的透析,并指出管理学主旨学派哲学体系规范下的成功家族企业的要求应成为21世纪家族企业或家企核心层竭力提高经营哲学修养、完善企业管理制度、确保利益相关者权益的历史性坐标。 Is it a shame to family finns which can not be "wealthy over three generations"? Is it really necessary for family finns to be "wealthy over three generations"? Should the public opinion sigh for those family finns which can not be "wealthy over three generations"? What kind of family finns can be categorized as successful family finns? What operating philosophy should family firms build up? The article has done a systematic analysis for these questions. It points out that the standards for successful family finns within the domain of the philosophical framework of the Leitmotiv School of Management should become the historical coordinate for family finns of the 21^st century, which are struggling to enhance their caliber of operating philosophy, improving their management institutions and insuring the rights and interests of stakeholders.
