摘要 对酸性化学镀、碱性化学镀、多元化学镀进行了多种实验。实验对3种不同镀层的性能逐一进行了测试;为了提高镀层的硬度,对镀层进行了不同温度的热处理。实验结果表明,多元镀Ni—Cu—P镀层的耐蚀性最佳,而酸性镀层次之,碱性镀层的耐蚀性最差;在400~500℃热处理后,镀层硬度达到最高值,其中以多元镀Ni—Cu—P的硬度最高,摩擦系数也低,说明多元镀层的耐磨性很好。 Several kinds of experiments have been carried out on acid electroless plating, alkaline electroless plating and multi - component plating. The properties of three catings have been tested in experiment. In order to improve hardness of coating, the chemical coatings have been heat - treated at different temperature. The test results show that the property of corrosion resistance of multi - component Ni - Cu - P plating - coating is the best,acidic electroless plating - coating takes the second place and alkaline electroless plating - coating is the worst. The hardness of the coatings was increased to the maximal value between 400 ℃ and 500 ℃, multi - component electroless plating - coating reaches the highest hardness and lower frictional coefficient, so it has very good wear resistance.
