网络信息具有方便、高效和快捷等优势,但也易产生干扰、欺骗和误导等不良信息。针对网络信息的特性,探讨了网络信息资源可靠度的判断方法,并从现有国家法律体系的角度,分析了对网络不良信息规制的冲突与不完善,提出了规制网络不良信息的建议措施。

Network information has such advantages as convenience, high - efficiency, shortcut, and so on, but also has the disadvantages of being easy to produce interference, deception, misleading and other harmful information. According to the network characteristics, reliability judgment of network information is discussed. Conflicts and faultiness in supervising bad information are analyzed. And finally corresponding measures are put forward.
