基本农田整理示范区的土地质量评价——以河南省嵩县田湖镇为例

Evaluation of Land Quality in Basic Farmland Consolidation Zones

以嵩县田湖镇基本农田示范区土地整理项目为例,依据土地适宜性评价原则,把对土地质量有显著影响的自然条件、农田基本建设因素确定为评价因子,选择8项土地适宜性评价因素、因子构建评价体系,对项目区内的土地进行了质量等级评价。从成果可以看出:土地适应性评价为因地制宜进行土地开发整理规划设计提供了科学依据。

Taking the basic farmland demonstrate area land consolidation project in Tianhu Town, Song County, as an example, according to the principle of the land suitability evaluation, this paper selects 8 evaluation factors which have conspicuous effect on the land quality, as the basic appraisal elements to construct an evaluation system, with which assesses the quality of the land in the project area. The result indicates that the land suitability evaluation can offer a scientific basis for the land development and consolidation planning and designing.
