摘要
目的:观察针药结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将72例脑梗塞后抑郁病例随机平均分为两组,治疗组采用针刺加西药左洛复治疗,对照组采用单纯服用左洛复。结果:治疗组愈显率为91.7%,对照组为44.4%。经χ2检验,P<0.01两组间有显著性差异。结论:针药结合治疗脑梗塞后抑郁优于单纯西药治疗,安全有效。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of combination of acupuncture with medicine on depression after cerebral infarction. Methods： Seventy - two cases of depression after cerebral infarction were evenly divided into two groups. The treatmem group were treated with acupuncture plus Zoloft and the control group were treated with Zoloft. Results： The cured and markedly effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 44.4% in the control group with a significant difference in the two groups （χ^2 = 18.46, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The combination of acupuncture with Zoloft is better than simple Zoloft in therapeutic effect on depression after cerebral infarction.
