摘要
为降低SiAlON的生产成本,加速材料的实用化,国内外对天然非金属矿廉价原料的还原氮化合成SiAlON给予高度重视,非金属矿资源转型赛隆陶瓷材料是一类原料来源丰富、生产成本低廉,适于工业化大规模生产且极具发展前途的合成方法。本文总结了几类SiAlON材料制备的产业化技术发展、进行不同热工装备的生产潜力评价,进一步制备出新型结构-功能一体化SiAlON族陶瓷基复合材料。
In order to reduce manufacturing cost of SiAlON and promote its utilization, great attention was recently given in world that SiAlON were synthesized from natural non-metallic mineral using carbothermal reduction nitridation. It was a promising route with abundant resource, inexpensive cost and large-scale industrialization potential. Research and development of industrialization for SiAlON materials, potential evaluation on various process and equipment have been reviewed. A new family of SiAlON ceramic matrix composites with structural and functional properties was consequently fabricated.
