摘要
以刚玉颗粒和细粉、氧化镁细粉、尖晶石细粉和Sialon细粉为原料制备了钢包用新型无碳Al_2O_3-MgO(尖晶石)-Sialon复合耐火材料,通过研究得到适宜的工艺参数为:原料中大颗粒(8~3mm)与中颗粒(3~0mm)的比例为65:35,埋混合粉烧结(C:Sialon=4:1)和烧结温度为1600℃。制备的Al_2O_3-MgO(尖晶石)-Sialon复合耐火材料具有高强度和优良的抗氧化性能、抗渣侵蚀和抗热震性能。
Al2O3-MgO (Spinel)-Sialon new composite refractory used in steel ladle was prepared using corundum particles and powder, MgO powder, spinel powder and Sialon powder as raw materials. The optimized processing parameters were revealed as the ratio of big particles (8-3 mm) to middle particles (3-0 mm) in samples was 65:35, the sintering temperature of samples covered over with mixed powders (the proportion of C and Sialon was 4:1) was 1600 ℃. The Al2O3-MgO (Spinel)-Sialon composite refractory showed the excellent properties including high intensity, good oxidation resistance, slag resistance and thermal shock resistance.
